That’s why the body often reacts before we even have a chance to think or realize what is actually happening. That’s why feelings of fear, anxiety, or tension often arise without any logical explanation. The active force is not the conscious mind but the subconscious expressing itself through the nervous system.

This is why efforts to reprogram the subconscious through affirmations, visualization, or scripting often feel ineffective if the body is still in survival mode. The subconscious does not change through words alone. It changes through repeated and consistent experiences of safety.
